About the program
The LINE Developer Partner Program (LDP) aims to connect with tech companies skilled in using LINE’s technologies/API in which LINE Thailand will assess developers with specific conditions and criteria. For those who meet the requirements will become recognized as LINE Thailand's verified developer partners, with LINE facilitating connection and network to market.

LINE's API
APIs from LINE can be categorized into 5 main types including;
LDP Certified Badge
Developer partners in this program will be granted with a LDP certified badge which represent the official partnership status between partners and LINE Thailand. The badge has 3 partnership levels including;
Level 1: Authorized developer partner (blue)
Level 2: Professional developer partner (silver)
Level 3: Expert developer partner (gold)

Each partnership level reflecting the expertise in both business and technical aspects. Starting from level 1 up to level 3
Criteria to join the program
Developer partner stage will be determined based on given criteria stated in table below;

Developer without any existing clients using LINE will not be eligible to join the program, developer must have at least 3 clients on hand before applying the program
Developer partner status will be renewed annually with separated evaluation criteria

What is LINE Developer Partner Program and the difference with LINE Developer Community?
Whilst the LINE Developer Community functions as a network community aimed at supporting individuals and companies in utilizing LINE’s technologies and APIs for various purposes, including personal projects, testing, and commercial applications.
Are there any application fee or cost for developer to join the LINE Developer Partner Program?
There are no application fee or cost for developer to join the LINE Developer Program.
What are the criteria or condition for developer to join the LINE Developer Partner Program?
Remark, developers applying for the program must at least have 1 client using LINE’s service.
How to apply to the LINE Developer Partner Program?
Step 2: In case applicant passes the evaluation process in step 1, interview session might be conducted for pro/expert partner
Step 3: LINE will announcre the evaluation result of applicant's partnership level - via Email
Step 4: Signing partnership contract agreement between LINE Thailand and your company
Step 5: LINE Thailand will issue the program's certified badge to applicant and publish your credential on to LINE for Business website
What is the significance of the LINE Developer Partner Program certified badge?
There are 3 levels of certified badge including; authorized partner, professional partner and expert partner in which reflects the competencies of each partners respectively
How do developers obtain the program’s certified badge?
Once developers are approved to join the program, LINE will issue a certified badge to partners based on the application evaluation results. This badge is renewed annually, subject to specific criteria such as business growth, customer satisfaction, skill development, and data/privacy management compliance.
What benefits do developers receive upon joining the LINE Developer Partner Program?
Developer partners in the program will access to 3 key benefits including knowledge support, marketing and exposure and business growth opportunities, with benefits varying by tiers.
What are the lead time for application approval process?
The application revision process could take up to 60 business days.
When is the registration period for the LINE Developer Partner Program?
The application period runs from January 1st to September 30th, with successful applicants receiving a certification badge for that year. Applications submitted from October 1st to December 31st will be considered for the following year. Developers who do not meet the criteria must wait 6 months before reapplying.
